摘要
旅游凝视在旅游活动中不断影响着不同的族群，尤其是“旅游者凝视”对一个地区的旅游文化及各方面发展都有着极深的影响。然而旅游凝视是由多个主体共同参与互动的复杂系统，东道主凝视也囊括其中。文章以旅游凝视为理论支撑，以新疆天山大峡谷为研究案例地，分析东道主凝视之作用。从东道主凝视中我们发现：（1）政府与居民之间因制度与利益问题存在长期矛盾。（2）独特的民族文化未受到景区开发者及当地居民重视，民族旅游开发程度较低。（5）景区开发过程中未重视生态旅游的开发，使当地原始生态环境遭到破坏。由此得出：东道主凝视对一个景区的发展起到誓醒及推动作用。同时文章根据所发现的一系列问题提出了相应的改善建议。
Travel gaze in tourism activities continue to affect different ethnic groups, especially the ＂tourist gaze＂ various aspects of tourism and culture of a region have a profound impact. According this the host gaze can warning and promote the development of the resort. Article make recommendations based on a range of issues found.
