Missile Force Waterway Transportation: Problems and Solutions

随着维护国家海洋权益和有效遏制周边冲突的战略需要,水路输送作为一种重要机动方式日显重要。针对水路输送协同机制不畅、战斗力保持困难、运输舰船运力低、通信手段单一和生存防护较弱等诸多问题,提出要加速推进水路输送能力建设、创新完善水路输送工作机制和强化水路输送实战化训练,以提升导弹部队水路输送实战能力。

As the primary form of movement,waterway transportation is playing an increasingly important role in curbing the conflicts with the surrounding countries and safeguarding our nation＇s sea rights. However,our missile force is faced with the following problems when it comes to waterway transportation： inefficient coordinating mechanism,poor fighting capacity sustainment,low ship transporting capacity,invariable and unreliable means of communication and weak survival protection. It is suggested that waterway transport capacity construction be accelerated,transport mechanism be innovated and combat training be strengthened.
