Reflections on Standardization of Vehicle Equipment Support

为了推进车辆装备保障标准化建设,推动车辆装备保障体制改革和机制创新,加快车辆装备保障方式转型发展,在分析车辆装备保障本质属性为服务活动的基础上,提出了车辆装备保障标准化建设的4个目标,论述了标准化基本方法在有效推进车辆装备保障标准化建设中的运用及应注意的问题。

Standardization is very important not only for the system reform and mechanism innovation of vehicle equipment support,but also for its transformation development. The vehicle equipment support in its essence is a type of service. To standardize the vehicle equipment support,four objectives should be realized,certain basic methods be employed and some problems be avoided.
