摘要
现有研究表明表观遗传修饰对于肿瘤的发生和发展有着非常重要的现实意义,主要体现为DNA甲基化水平改变,miRNA表达调控,组蛋白的修饰,癌基因的激活及抑癌基因沉默等。DNA异常甲基化可影响染色质结构和癌基因与抑癌基因的表达,从而参与肿瘤形成的过程。全面了解当前宫颈腺癌的DNA甲基化研究进展,不但对该疾病早期诊断有帮助,同时对靶向治疗和预后效果评价也可体现出良好的临床价值。
Cancer is a complex disease resulting from genetic and epigenetic abnormality. According to the present researches, epigenetic modification is of practical significance in the occurrence and development of tumors, mainly in the change of DNA methylation, regulation of mi RNA expression, histone modifications, activation of oncogene, silence of tumor suppressor genes and so on. Aberrant DNA methylation influences chromatin configuration and expression of oncogene and tumor suppressor genes, thus involving in tumorigenesis. Comprehensive knowledge of the research progress in Cervical Adenocarcinoma DNA methylation could not only make help in early diagnosis of the disease, but also have great clinical value in the targeted treatment and prognosis assessment.
