复方苦参注射液联合激素治疗吉西他滨致间质性肺炎1例的病例报道及治疗体会

Case Report and Treatment Experience of Compound Matrine Injection with Crticosteroids for Gemcitabine-induced Interstitial Pneumonia

吉西他滨是晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗的一线化疗药物,在临床广泛使用,但吉西他滨有许多不良反应,包括骨髓抑制、消化道毒性甚至间质性肺炎,这些都限制了其应用。本文主要报道1例非小细胞肺癌患者在应用吉西他滨化疗后发生间质性肺炎的病例资料及治疗体会。

Gemcitabine is a first-line chemotherapeutic drug for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. It is widely used in clinic. However, gemcitabine may also result in many adverse effects, including myelosuppression, digestive toxicity, even interstitial pneumonitis（IP）. Here, we present the clinical data and treatment experience of a case of gemcitabine-induced IP which appeared during the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
