抗战时期的山东战工会与根据地经济建设(1940—1943)

The Economic Construction of Shandong Wartime Work Committee and the Base Area during the Anti-Japanese War(1940-1943)

山东战时工作推行委员会简称为战工会,成立于1940年8月,至1943年8月改组为山东省战时行政委员会,是在中共领导下以山东抗日根据地广大军民为依托的山东省最高行政机构。在战工会存在三年时间里,由其下辖的财政经济、民众动员等五个工作组领导根据地民众进行军事与经济斗争,对山东乃至全国抗战立下卓越功勋。从战工会的农业、合作事业、金融等经济政策论述战工会对于山东抗日根据地经济的贡献。

Shandong Wartime Work Committee was founded in August, 1940. After reorganization, Shandong Wartime Work Committee changed into Shandong Wartime Administrative Committee in August, 1943, which was the highest administrative body in Shandong province and relied on the soldiers and people in Shandong Anti-Japanese base under the leadership of the Communist Party of China. During the three-years in power, five working groups that under the jurisdiction of the Wartime Work Committee, including the finance and economy and the public mobilization, led people in the Shandong base area to conduct military and economic struggles, which made a vital contribution to the Anti-Japanese War in Shandong even throughout China by Wartime Work Committee. This paper analyzes the economic contribution including agriculture, cooperative cause and finance that the Wartime Work Committee made to the Shandong Anti-Japanese base.
