摘要
分析了制耳产生的原因并通过各向异性板料的单向拉伸实验,获得了材料屈服强度沿不同方向的变化规律;采用变间隙模具对DC04、DC05圆坯进行拉深试验,并与等间隙模具的试验结果比较。结果表明,沿屈服强度较小的方向配置较大间隙,沿屈服强度较大的方向配置较小间隙,可以使拉深制耳率显著降低。因此采用变间隙拉深是抑制圆筒件拉深制耳高度的新途径。
This paper analyzed the causes of the drawing earing,conducted the uniaxial tensile tests of anisotropic sheet metal,and obtained the yield strength variation law in different directions.The deep drawing experiments of DC04,DC05 round billet with variable gap dies were conducted,and the results were compared with the test results by equal gap die.The results showed that,when setting the smaller clearance in the smaller yield strength direction and setting the bigger gap in the larger yield strength direction,the deep drawing earing rate reduced significantly.So using variable gap deep drawing to reduce the drawing earing height of cylindrical cup is a new road.
