快速鲨鱼盾鳞结构的几何表征 被引量:2

Geometric characterization of placoid scales of fast-swimming sharks

摘要 鲨鱼体表的盾鳞沟槽结构具有良好的减阻效果,其几何尺寸为减阻结构仿生制造的重要参数。以快速鲨鱼平双髻鲨盾鳞为研究对象,详细介绍了高质量盾鳞样本的制备方法,并采用扫描电镜和激光共聚焦三维扫描显微镜对鲨鱼皮样本盾鳞尺寸进行了观测。结果表明,平双髻鲨盾鳞呈覆瓦式排列,单个盾鳞为3尖5嵴型,肋条高度分别为21.3μm、16.5μm和10.2μm,沟槽宽度分别为51.7μm、34.3μm和16.2μm,基于获得的数据建立的鲨鱼盾鳞三维模型能较好地再现盾鳞形貌,为减阻结构的仿生制造研究奠定了基础。 The riblet structure of shark skin has a big effect on drag reduction.The riblet geometry dimension is the significant parameter for bionic manufacturing.The placoid scale of smooth hammerhead shark was examined in this work.The fabrication method for high quality sample of shark skin placoid scales was introduced.The dimensions of the placoid scales were observed using scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and confocal laser scanning microscope(CLSM).The results show that,the placoid scales of smooth hammerhead shark are sequently imbricated,and the single placoid scale is 3point 5ridge type.The heights of the rib are 21.3μm,16.5μm and 10.2μm,and the width 51.7μm,34.3μm and 16.2μm.On basis of the obtained geometry dimension,the 3D model was established to reproduce the placoid scale morphology,which laid the foundation for further research.
