白头翁散和微生态制剂对鸡白痢疗效的试验 被引量:13

摘要 试验分别进行预防对比试验、雏鸡治疗试验及阳性种鸡治疗试验三种类型,预防对比和雏鸡治疗试验分别各选取400只1日龄的健康雏鸡,阳性蛋种鸡治疗试验选取400只240日龄确诊为鸡白痢的种鸡,预防对比和雏鸡治疗试验两个类型各随机分为4个组,每个组100只,试验Ⅰ(白头翁)、试验Ⅱ(微生态制剂)、试验Ⅲ(白头翁+微生态制剂)及CK,试验为期30d;种鸡治疗试验则选取400只240日龄经检测呈阳性蛋鸡,随机分为3组,分别在饮水中添加试验Ⅰ(白头翁)、试验Ⅱ(微生态制剂)、试验Ⅲ(白头翁+微生态制剂),自由饮水5d,间隔5d重复治疗一次,共治疗3个疗程,以观察各组的治疗效果,试验期间各组的饲养管理均相同。结果表明:(1)对雏鸡预防效果方面,试验Ⅰ成活率为89%,试验Ⅱ成活率为85%,试验Ⅲ成活率高达97%,CK成活率为55%,试验Ⅲ的成活率分别比试验Ⅰ、试验Ⅱ和CK提高了8%(P<0.05)、12%(P<0.05)和42%(P<0.01);(2)在雏鸡治愈率方面,试验Ⅰ治愈率为80.46%,试验Ⅱ治愈率为66.67%,试验Ⅲ治愈率为85.39%,试验Ⅲ的治愈率分别比试验Ⅰ和试验Ⅱ提高了4.93%和18.72%;(3)经过3个疗程的治疗后,试验Ⅲ的死亡率分别比试验Ⅰ、试验Ⅱ及CK降低了11%、16%及26%。产蛋数分别比试验Ⅰ、试验Ⅱ和CK多产692枚、727枚和1810枚,检测阳性率分别比试验Ⅰ、试验Ⅱ和CK降低了52%、70%和77%。使用白头翁和微生态制剂结合起来,对预防和治疗鸡白痢,提高雏鸡提成率和产蛋量,降低阳性率效果最好。 In order to effectively reduce the harm of Salmonella pullorum on chicken,three types of tests were used:preventive comparison test group,treatment test group for chicken and treatment test group for Pullorum-positive breeding hens.The first two test groups selected 400one-day-old healthy chicks which were randomly divided into four groups,100 chicks in each group;while the third test group chose 400 240-day-old pullorum positive breeding hens,randomly divided into three groups.TreatmentⅠ(Pulsatilla),treatmentⅡ(probiotics),treatmentⅢ(Pulsatilla + probiotics)and CK were adopted for the first two test groups with a test period of 30 d.As for the third test group,treatmentⅠ(Pulsatilla),treatmentⅡ(probiotics)and treatmentⅢ(Pulsatilla+ probiotics)were added in the drinking water for 5days,and repeated every 5d,altogether 3courses.The feeding and management remained the same during the test trials in each group.Results showed that:1as for the preventive effect on the chicks,the survival rate for treatment I was 89%,treatment II 85%,treatmentⅢ up to 97%respectively,while the survival rate for the CK was 55%.The survival rate of treatment III improved by 8%(P〈0.05),12%(P〈0.05)and 42%(P〈0.01)compared with that of treatment I,II and CK;2 The cure rates of treatment I,II and III were 80.46%,66.67%,and 85.39%respectively.The cure rate of treatment III was 4.93%and 18.72% higher than that of treatment I and II;3 After three courses of treatment,the death rate of treatment III dropped by 11%,16% and 26%,respectively,compared with that of other treatments;and the hens in treatment III laid 692,727 and 1810more eggs than hens in other three treatments;and the positive rate reduced by 52%,70% and 77% compared with that of treatment I,II and CK.Therefore,combining pulsatilla and probiotics together can better prevent and treat salmonellosis,improve the survival rate,egg production and reduce the positive rate in chickens.
