促排3号对雷琼牛超数排卵效果的研究

Study on Superovulation Effect on Chinese Leiqiong Cattle Injected with LRH-A3

为探索"促排3号"在雷琼牛超排中适宜剂量,在FSH剂量分别为14.0AU、16.4AU时,将35头雷琼牛分4组用不同剂量的"促排3号"对雷琼牛进行超数排卵效果研究。结果表明,在FSH适量的情况下,配种时注射促排3号50μg,雷琼牛头均黄体数、头均回收卵数、卵子回收率、头均有效胚数、有效胚率(有效胚占回收卵的比例)分别为11.33个、9.92个、84%、6.08枚和61%;头均黄体数Ⅲ组(11.33个)、Ⅱ组(11.06个)极显著高于Ⅰ组(7.33个)(P<0.01),头均卵泡数Ⅲ组(0.50个)、Ⅱ组(1.33个)极显著低于Ⅰ组(6.56个)(P<0.01),Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组没有差异(P>0.05);头均回收卵数、回收率Ⅲ组高于Ⅱ组(8.10个、71%)和Ⅰ组(6.33个、46%)(P>0.05);头均有效胚数、有效胚率Ⅲ组、Ⅱ组(4.0枚、49%)显著高于Ⅰ组(2.78枚、44%)(P<0.05),Ⅲ组和Ⅱ组没有差异(P>0.05)。试验提示,FSH+促排3号可明显增强雷琼牛超排效果。

In order to explore the best suitable dosages of LRH-A3 for superovulation in Chinese Leiqiong Cattle,this test involved four groups of cattle at were given FSH dosages with 14.0AU and 16.4AU,other conditions the same.The results showed that with appropriate amount of FSH,injecting 50μg LRH-A3 to Leiqiong cattle when mating can produce 11.33aluteum（CL）,9.92 collected eggs with an egg collecting rate of 84%,and 6.08 effective embryos with an effective embryo rate of 61%in average.The average number of luteum（CL）of group Ⅲ（11.33）and groupⅡ（11.06）were significantly higher than that of groupⅠ（7.33）（P〈0.01）.The number of follicles of group Ⅲ（0.50）and groupⅡ（1.33）were significantly lower than groupⅠ（6.56）（P〈0.01）,there were no difference between group Ⅲ and groupⅡ（P〉0.05）.The average number of collected eggs and its rations of groupⅢ was higher than that of groupⅡ（8.10,71%）and groupⅠ（6.33,46%）（P〉0.05）.The effective embryos and ratios of the effective embryo per head were collected from Leiqiong donor cows in groupⅢ and group Ⅱ（4.0,49%）,significantly higher than groupⅠ（2.78,44%）（P〈0.05）,and there were no difference between groupⅢand group Ⅱ（P〉0.05）.So,It is revealed that FSH＋LRH-A3 can significantly enhance the superovalation effect to Leiqiong cattle.
