摘要
本文研究城市生活污泥的蚯蚓堆肥及其对污泥营养物质氮、磷矿化作用的影响。研究结果表明,经蚯蚓堆肥后,污泥的有机质、pH值、总氮和电导率等理化性质发生了变化并有不同程度的降低。污泥中营养物质的量及其形态经蚯蚓的处理后发生改变。其中,随着处理的进行,污泥中NO_3^--N的含量逐渐上升而NH_4^+-N含量逐渐下降,在蚯蚓处理的前期,污泥NO_3^--N的含量上升较快,NH_4^+-N的含量则急剧下降,随后两者变化平缓且趋于稳定;污泥中总磷的含量随蚯蚓堆肥的进行总体出现下降,速效磷含量则趋于上升。
In this paper,investigations were made to explore the effects of vermicomposting on nitrogen and phosphorus mineralization in sewage sludge.The results showed that the parameters such as pH,organic carbon,Kjeldahl nitrogen and conductivity decreased to varied extents after vermicomposting.The treatment of sewage sludge by earthworms(ie,earthworm Eisenia faetida)could result in obvious change in the amount and form of nutrients.In the earlier phase of vermicomposting,the contents of NO_3^--N and NH_4~+-N changed rapidly.The contents of NO_3^--N increased with the time passage after vermicomposting,while the contents of NH_4~+-N decreased,both then stabilized.On the whole,TP decreased after vermicomposting,while the available P increased.
