Cu-MCM41的制备条件对选择性催化氧化二甲氧基甲烷合成碳酸二甲酯的影响 被引量:4

摘要 采用掺杂的方法合成了Cu-MCM41介孔分子筛,并在选择性催化氧化二甲氧基甲烷合成碳酸二甲酯的过程中评价了其催化效能。详细考察了催化剂制备的晶化时间、装填比例、铜源引入的次序对催化效能的影响。结果表明,晶化时间24h、装填比例60%和TEOS加入1h后引入铜源的条件下制备的Cu-MCM41在选择性催化氧化二甲氧基甲烷合成碳酸二甲酯时具有最佳的催化效果。 Synthesis of dimethyl carbonate(DMC) by Catalytic Oxidation dimethoxymethane(DMM) was studied to evaluate the catalytic properties of Mesoporous molecular sieve Cu-MCM41 prepared by doping method.The effect of crystallizing time,loading ratio and the introduction order of copper source on the catalytic performance was investigated in detail. The results indicated that CuMCM41 has the best catalytic properties on catalytic oxidation DMM to DMC,under the optimized preparation conditions: Crystallizing time 24 h,loading ratio 60%and introduced copper source 1 h after adding TEOS.
