复合配方杀菌剂在气田回注水应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过检测西南某气田回注站回注水水样,发现硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌、铁细菌严重超标,迫切需要对其进行杀菌处理,避免细菌对管道设备的长期腐蚀。研究发现,杀菌剂复合配方A、复配B在投加量为30ppm时,其对硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌、铁细菌的杀菌率均达到99.9%以上,处理后水样满足回注标准要求,在现场应用中也达到相同杀菌效果。 By detecting the reinjection water of a southwest gas field,it was found that the content of sulfate reducing bacteria,saprophyte bacteria and iron bacteria exceed the reinjection standard greatly. The reinjection water needs sterilization treatment in order to avoid long- term corrosion of pipelines and equipment. The Compound Formula A and B were selected to treat the reinjection water. The sterilization test showed that the bactericidal rates of SRB,TGB,FB reached 99. 9% when the dosing quantity of Compound Formula A and B were 30 ppm. The water sample after treatment could reach the bactericidal requirements of the reinjection standard. The field application showed the same sterilization effect.
