微机型继电保护测试仪技术指标和检定方法的研究 被引量:9

摘要 继电保护测试仪具有回路多、逻辑功能及测试程序多等特点,使用常规通用试验设备进行试验相当复杂且时间长,有些专项功能的检定无法实现。因此结合相关测试技术制定出一个统一、规范完善的检定方法已势在必行。文章参考标准GB 7261-2008《继电保护和安全自动装置基本试验方法》、DL/T 624-2010《微机型继电保护测试仪技术条件》,并与国内继保专家多次研讨完成了《继电保护测试仪检定规程》的编写,该项研究保证了量值传递的准确可靠性、逻辑功能的正确和有效性。 Relay protection test instrument has the characteristic of multi-loop,and the large number of logic function and test programs,it is quite complicated and time consuming by using a conventional and general-purpose test equipment,and the verification of some special functions can not be achieved. Therefore,it is necessary to develop a unified and standardized test method combining with the relevant testing techniques. Reference GB 7261-2008 "the basic test methods of relaying protection and security automatic equipment ",DL / T 624-2010 "the technical conditions of microcomputer relay protection test instrument",and discuss with the domestic experts from relay protection field on several seminars,finally,"the relay protection testing instrument verification procedures"is finished. This study ensures the reliability of the dissemination of the value of quantity,as well as the correctness and effectiveness of the logic function.
