上市公司改名效应的文献综述

摘要 上市公司更改名称是公司的一项重大活动,而改名的动机能否实现、如何实现成为学术界关注的热点。目前国外已有不少针对公司改名现象的研究,近年来国内也逐渐增多。本文通过梳理国内外关于上市公司改名效应的相关文献,以不同理论学派为主线,总结不同时期、不同背景下上市公司改名后的市场价值效应,并作简要评述。
