重视肺动脉高压的多学科甄别与综合处理

摘要 肺动脉高压病因涉及多个学科，要求临床医师应该具备多学科的知识与灵活的鉴别诊断思维。对于一个肺动脉高压患者，规范的病因筛查流程非常重要，呼吸科医师应该考虑到心血管疾病因素，心脏科医师也不可忘记缺氧与肺部疾病的原因，结缔组织和其他相关疾病相关的肺动脉高压更不应被忽视。临床医师要不断积累经验，提高诊断水平，
