Study on the Mining Technology of the Large,Thick and Multi-metal Deposit with Molybdenum,Bismuth and Tungsten in Chaishan Mine

摘要 柴山钼铋钨多金属矿矿床厚大,埋藏较浅,上贫下富,且地表不允许塌陷。经对比分析崩落法、空场法和充填法,拟采用充填法开采。对矿床的具体采矿方案和开拓运输方案进行了对比研究。结合国内外类似矿山的开采经验,对比分析了多种充填采矿方法后,建议采用以大直径深孔阶段空场嗣后充填法为主、以分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填法为辅的联合开采方案。根据矿山的现状和生产规模,提出了3个初步的开拓运输方案,通过安全、技术、经济等多方面的对比研究后,建议采用技术成熟的胶带斜井+斜坡道方案的开拓运输方案。 The large,thick and multi-metal deposit with molybdenum,bismuth and tungsten in Chaishan Mine is shallow and characterized by poor upward and rich downward.Moreover,the surface isn't allowed to subside.Thus,the filling mining method was selected after comparing with the caving method and the open-stope method.The specific mining methods and the development schemes of deposit were studied.Combining with the mining experience of similar mines at home and abroad,it recommended to use a new mining method that took the stage open-stope filling method with large diameter and deep hole as the major,and the stage open-stope filling method with sublevel drilling as the complementary after contrasting and analyzing multiple filling mining methods.According to the status and the production scale of mine,three preliminary development schemes were proposed.Finally,the mature development scheme uniting belt inclined shaft with ramp was selected after comparison and research from safety,technology,economy and other aspects.
