摘要
对辽宁本溪长石矿进行了浮选去铁提纯研究,以ys-1作为长石浮选除杂的调整剂,A+B为除杂阶段的捕收剂,qf-1为长石提纯的阶段的调整剂,sa-1为提纯阶段的捕收剂,在进行两次除杂和两次精选的条件下,以Na2O7.239%,Fe2O30.238%的长石矿为原料,磨矿细度-200目占50%,经过强磁浮选等流程,得到Na2O含量为10.98%,回收率为72.27%的指标,浮选产品达到工业一级品标准。原矿的工艺矿物学分析表明,排除或降低SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、MgO、Fe2O3和TiO2是提高长石品位的关键。
The purification experiment on the feldspar mine in Benxi district of Liaoning Province was carried out to reduce iron by flotation,which used the ys-1reagent as the modifier and the A+B reagent as the collector in the process of removing impurity,also the qf-1reagent as the modifier and the sa-1reagent as the collector during purifying.Under the condition of twice impurities and concentrations,Na2 O of 10.98% and recovery rate of 72.27% were obtained from the feldspar ore containing 7.239% of Na2 O and0.238%of Fe2O3 with 50% of grinding fineness-200 mesh through magnetic flotation.And the floatation products reached the first grade of industrial standard.The process mineralogy of raw ore showed that removing or reducing the content of SiO2,Al2O3,CaO,MgO,Fe2O3 and TiO2 was the key point to improve the grade of feldspar ore.
