卵巢Brenner瘤的MSCT表现与病理对照分析

MSCT Features of Ovarian Brenner Tumors with Histopathologic Correlation

目的探讨卵巢Brenner瘤的临床及MSCT表现并与病理结果进行对照分析,旨在进一步提高卵巢Brenner瘤术前诊断的准确率。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的17例卵巢Brenner瘤患者的临床资料和MSCT影像资料,其中1例术前仅行CT平扫,余16例均行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果 17例卵巢Brenner瘤中,发生于左侧卵巢7例,右侧卵巢10例;良性病变13例,交界性病变3例,恶性病变1例;10例Brenner瘤病灶内可见不同程度的钙化影;有9例患者卵巢伴发其他病变;增强扫描良性及交界性Brenner瘤轻度强化,而恶性Brenner瘤强化明显。结论卵巢Brenner瘤的MSCT表现具有一定的影像学特征,结合患者年龄可提高本病的诊断准确率。

Objective To discuss clinical and MSCT features of ovarian Brenner tumor in order to improve its preoperative diagnostic accuracy. Methods A total of 17 patients with pathologically-proven ovarian Brenner tumor during the period from 2009 to 2015,were included in this study. The clinical date and the MSCT features were retrospective analyzed.Preoperative plain MSCT scans were performed in all patients,and contrast-enhanced MSCT scans were carried out in 16 patients. Results Of the 17 patients,the location of the tumor included the left ovary（ n = 7） and the right ovary（ n =10）. The pathologic findings were benign Brenner tumor（ n = 13）,Borderline Brenner tumor（ n = 3） and Malignant Brenner tumor（ n = 1）. In 10 cases,calcification was observed within the lesion; in 9 cases,other lesions were observed on the ovary. On enhanced MSCT,benign and borderline Brenner tumor show slight homogeneous enhancementwhereas,malignant Brenner tumor showed marked inhomogeneous enhancement. Conclusion The ovarian Brenner tumor has certain imaging characteristics,which are helpful in making diagnosis when the patient’s age is also taken into consideration.
