摘要
指出原有锅炉排污率计算公式存在的问题 ,推导出新的锅炉排污率计算公式 ,并给出了它的使用条件。用新旧两种方法计算了锅炉实际运行时的排污率 ,并进行了比较 ,证明无论锅炉水质是否变化 。
The problems existing in original formula for calculating boiler's blowdown rate are pointed out, a new calculation formula is recommended, and it's usage condition has been given. The blowdown rate in practical boiler operation are calculated by using old and new methods, and comparison between them being carried out. It has been proven in practice that the new calculation formula can more accurately compute the boiler's blowdown rate whether the boiler water quality having changed or not.
