摘要 目的探讨年龄对胼胝体切开术治疗难治性癫痫效果的影响。方法选取郑州大学第五附属医院2013年6月到2014年4月行胼胝体切开术治疗的52例难治性癫痫患者,根据年龄将其分为未成年组(年龄<18岁,24例)和成年组(年龄≥18岁,28例),术后随访1 a,对比分析治疗效果。结果未成年组总有效率为87.5%,成年组总有效率为71.4%。未成年组总有效率高于成年组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论年龄对胼胝体切开术治疗难治性癫痫的效果有影响,早期手术治疗能达到更好的癫痫控制效果。 Objective To explore the influence of age on the efficacy of anterior corpus callosotomy in patients with intractable epilepsy. Methods 52 patients with intractable epilepsy undergoing anterior corpus callosotomy from June of 2013 to April of 2014 were selected and divided into juvenile group( less than 18 years old,24 cases) and adult group( above 18 years old,28cases). All patients were followed up for 1 year and the efficacies were compared. Results The total effective rates of juvenile group and adult group were 87. 5% and 71. 4%. The total effective rates of adult group was higher than juvenile group,and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Age plays an important role in efficacy of anterior corpus callosotomy in patients with intractable epilepsy. Intractable epilepsy patients can benefits more from anterior corpus callosotomy done at an early age.
