尿VEGF在2型糖尿病肾病中表达水平的变化分析被引量：5

摘要目的分析尿血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在2型糖尿病肾病中表达水平的变化情况。方法选择2015年4月至10月于郑州大学第一附属医院就诊的94例2型糖尿病患者,依据尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)分为糖尿病伴正常蛋白尿组(DM1组,n=30),糖尿病伴微量蛋白尿组(DM2组,n=33)以及糖尿病伴大量蛋白尿组(DM3组,n=31),同时选取健康体检者30例作为正常对照组(NC组),收集各组患者清晨首次中段尿液,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测各组尿VEGF表达水平,同时分析尿VEGF与UAER的相关性。结果与NC组比较,尿VEGF在DM1组、DM2组、DM3组均有所升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿VEGF与UAER具有明显的正相关性(r=0.748,P<0.01)。结论尿VEGF可能是诊断早期糖尿病肾病的生物标志物,并对糖尿病肾病病情进展有一定的预测价值。
