以Warburg效应为轴心的恶性肿瘤代谢机制 被引量:5

摘要 代谢是生物体用于维持生命的一系列有序的化学反应的总称。生物体生长、繁殖、保持它们的结构以及对外界环境做出反应等多项生命活动都需要消耗能量,其绝大部分由三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphophate,ATP)供应,而糖代谢是最主要的ATP生成途径。糖异生的逆反应是糖酵解。1920年德国生物学家Warburg发现肿瘤细胞即便在有氧条件下仍表现出活跃的葡萄糖摄取和糖酵解,即"Warburg effect"[1]。
