Arch钢板固定治疗颈椎管狭窄症的临床效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨Arch钢板固定治疗颈椎管狭窄症的临床效果。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2012年1月至2015年5月行颈后路单开门Arch钢板固定椎管扩大成形术治疗的52例颈椎管狭窄症患者。记录患者手术前后JOA评分、C5椎管矢状径大小,评价颈后路单开门Arch钢板固定椎管扩大成形术治疗颈椎管狭窄症的效果。结果术后所有患者的临床症状均得到缓解,随访均未出现切口感染、轴性疼痛、脑脊液漏、再关门等并发症。术后JOA评分高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后C5椎管矢状径较术前增大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈后路单开门Arch钢板固定椎管扩大成形术治疗颈椎管狭窄症操作简单、可靠,疗效确切。
