不同程度头颈部血管狭窄患者的认知功能损害对比分析

摘要 目的分析对比不同程度头颈部血管狭窄患者的认知功能损害。方法选择镇平县人民医院确诊的60例头颈部血管狭窄患者为观察组,选择同期在本院体检的60例健康人员为对照组,所有患者均无颅内梗死病灶。观察组根据狭窄程度分为轻、中、重度狭窄3组。重度狭窄组根据狭窄部位分为颅内血管狭窄组、颅外血管狭窄组。采用Mo CA及MMSE量表对研究对象进行认知功能测试。结果观察组患者MMSE及Mo CA评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);重度狭窄组MMSE及Mo CA评分明显低于轻度、中度狭窄组(P<0.05),轻、中度狭窄组两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);颅外血管狭窄组MMSE及Mo CA评分明显低于颅内血管狭窄组(P<0.05)。结论不同程度血管狭窄对患者认知功能损害程度不同,重度狭窄患者认知功能损害程度较明显。
