改良式MIPPO技术治疗59例胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的总结改良式MIPPO技术治疗胫骨远端骨折的应用技巧,比较改良式MIPPO技术与传统式MIPPO技术的临床效果。方法收集新乡市第二人民医院2009年5月至2014年9月收治的胫骨远端骨折患者59例,分为两组,分别应用改良式MIPPO技术(29例)与传统MIPPO技术(30例),对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间、患肢完全负重时间、术后患肢大隐静脉功能、隐神经支配区皮肤感觉。结果 59例患者均获15~30个月随访,直至骨折愈合并负重行走,手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合。两组平均手术时间、术中失血量、术后引流量、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。术后6个月改良式MIPPO技术组患者对患足隐神经支配区的皮肤感觉、大隐静脉彩色Doppler检查情况、临床功能优良率均优于传统MIPPO技术组(P〈0.05)。结论改良式MIPPO技术治疗胫骨远端骨折术中软组织剥离少,术后大隐静脉血栓与隐神经功能障碍发生率低,为闭合式胫骨远端骨折的治疗提供了安全可靠、有效的方法,与传统MIPPO技术相比有一定优势。
