服务于陕西地方经济的口译人才培养对策研究

On Strategy of Cultivating Interpreting Talents for Economic Development of Shanxi

口译人才培养是一件社会重大工程。人才培养需结合人才的出口,尤其是结合地方经济的发展,培养符合社会需要的应用型人才。本文分析了陕西经济发展对口译人才的需求状况,提出了陕西地方口译人才培养对策,尤其是利用本地国际交流机会,搭建口译实训实践平台。

Cultivating interpreting talents is a major social project, which needs to integrate the economic development, especially the local part, and to cultivate practical talents for economic development. This paper analyzes the need of interpreting talents in the process of economic development in Shanxi province, and tries to figure out strategies of cultivating interpreting talents, especially using the international exchange opportunities to construct interpreting training and practice platform.
