闭合复位空心钉内固定法治疗股骨颈骨折的效果对比

目的探讨闭合复位空心钉内固定与人工全髋关节置换对股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法选取72例股骨颈骨折患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方式不同,分为对照组(人工全髋关节置换法)和观察组(闭合复位空心钉内固定法),每组36例。比较2组患者住院期间相关指标及治疗后的不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的Harris优良率(83.33%,36例中有20例优,10例良,4例中,2例差)明显高于对照组(61.11%,36例中有12例优,10例良,8例中,6例差),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者住院期间相关指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗股骨颈骨折患者过程中,闭合复位空心钉内固定治疗术能有效提高患者的治疗效果,改善患者住院期间各项指标,明显优于人工全髋关节置换术,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the closed reduction and cannulated screw internal fixation and the artificial total hip replacement in femoral neck fracture, and evaluate response. Methods 72 femoral neck fracture patients were selected as the research object, according to the treatment is different, divided into control group （artificial total hip replacement method） and observation group （closed reduction and cannulated screw internal fixation method）, 36 cases in each group. Hospitalization related indicators and compare two groups of patients after treatment of adverse reactions. Results Harris in observation group （83.33%, 36 cases in 20 cases of excellent, good in 10 cases, 4 cases, 2 cases of poor） after treatment significantly lower than the control group patients （61.11%, 36 cases, 12 cases excellent, 10 cases good, 8 cases, 6 cases of poor）, statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.05）; relevant indicators in two groups had statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the process of treatment of patients with femoral neck fracture, closed reduction and cannulated screw internal fixation treatment can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients, improve the patients during hospitalization, the indicators is better than artificial total hip replacement, worthy of popularization and application in clinic.
