摘要
针对发射光谱摄谱仪中的电极架在使用过程中调节电极不精确及电极左右晃动等不足,在原有电极架基础上,去掉了双脚支架上的两个小孔,引入了钢丝插栓、设计了马蹄形金属架,从而设计研发了新型的电极架---夹式水平电极架。经过近一年的实践表明,该电极架具有结构简单、体积小、安装维修方便、稳定性好、可以提高电极使用率等优点,并且通过实验对比,改进后对摄谱仪的摄谱质量有明显的改善。
The traditional emission spectrograph electrode brackets have such shortcomings as inaccuracy in adjusting electrodes and electrodes' swaying. Based on the original electrode bracket,a clip-on horizontal bracket was developed by removing of the two holes on the double feetbracket,introducing a wire plug and designing a horseshoe-shaped metal frame. Throughout nearly one year practice,it was proved that the new electrode bracket has a lot of advantages: simple structure,small volume,convenient installation and maintenance,good stability,an increase in the utilization rate of electrode and so on. Furthermore,the spectrograph's spectrographic quality has also been promoted throngh experimental comparison.
