多FFU送风口在大型电子洁净室CFD模拟中的简化方法

A Simplified Method of Multi FFU Outlets in CFD Simulation of Large Electronic Clean Room

针对大型电子洁净厂房存在的FFU送风口数量巨大导致难以模拟分析的问题,提出了一种针对FFU送风口的简化处理方法。根据不同FFU布置率,通过CFD模拟方法分析了该简化方法的准确性与适用范围,并通过实际洁净厂房局部区域流场进行了验证。结果表明,合理使用该简化方法能够在保证模拟精度变化不大的同时,大幅降低建模工作量和模拟计算所需时间。

Due to the large number of the FFU outlets,it is difficult to analyze the flow field in the large electronic clean room by CFD simulation.In order to solve this difficulty,this paper proposed a simplified method about the FFU outlets.The accuracy of this method was evaluated in various FFU coverage rate by CFD simulation,and the result was verified by the flow field of a real electronic clean room.It shows that the simplified method can greatly reduce modeling workload and computing time,at the same time keep the simulation precision change little.
