摘要
蒙特卡洛算法作为一种数学统计方法,能够对很多随机问题进行概率估计分析,并能够得到与真实情况相近的结果。扩散光在生物组织体中的传输是光在组织体中随机的吸收和散射的过程,扩散光的光场分布是逆向图像重建的正向过程,对图像重建至关重要。本文通过蒙特卡洛算法对扩散光在组织体中的传输进行建模,通过对不同照射光源、边界问题及多个异质子进行仿真,分析扩散光在组织体中传输过程的散射特点以及探测边界的选择等问题。
As a kind of mathematical statistical method,Monte Carlo algorithm can estimate the probability of many random problems,and the results are approximate with the actual situation. Diffusion transport in biological tissue is a random process of absorption and scattering,the light field distribution of diffusion is a crucial process of reverse image reconstruction and have important significance for image reconstruction. The paper use the Monte Carlo algorithm to model the light transmission in the tissue,and the different light source,boundary problem and multiple heterogeneous are simulated,finally the diffusion light scattering characteristics in the tissue,the choice of detect boundary and so on are analysed.
