摘要
用DOP检测方法对高效过滤器进行检漏,由于送风口箱体的结构形式不合理、测试操作方法不严谨等等,都会造成实际检测中粒子超标的现象。以冷发装置为例通过对上述几个方面进行深入分析,究其原因,并找出解决方法。
Leak test with DOP for HEPA filter can make particle concentration higher than specitied,due to the fact that inappropriate ness in cabin structure in air inlet and operation procedures among others.The analysis,reason and conclutions were drawn for above problems taking cool generation system as an example.
