压缩感知理论在激光医学图像重建中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 重建是获得高质量的激光医学图像关键技术,针对当前激光医学图像重建算法存在的不足,结合激光医学图像的稀疏性,提出将压缩感知理论引入到激光医学图像的重建思想。首先采用改进小波变换对激光医学图像进行分解,减少传统小波变换带来的重建误差,然后利用高频系数的稀疏性,采用压缩感知理论对高频系数进行测量,并选择正交匹配追踪算法实现激光医学图像重建,最后与其他激光医学图像重建算法进行对比测试,结果表明,基于压缩感知理论的激光医学图像的重建质量有了明显提升,图像的清晰度更高,对噪声干扰鲁棒性强,获得了细节保留较完整的激光医学图像。 Reconstruction is the key technology of the high quality laser medical image,and aim at the problem of the reconstruction algorithm for the current laser medical image reconstruction,In light of the sparsity of optical medical image,the theory of compressed sensing is introduced into the process of laser medical image reconstruction. Firstly,we use the improved wavelet transform to decompose the laser medical image,and reduce the reconstruction error caused by the traditional wavelet transform,Then,the high frequency coefficients are used to measure the high frequency coefficients,and the image reconstruction is realized by using the orthogonal matching pursuit algorithm. In the end,the image reconstruction algorithm is compared with other laser medical images,The results show that the reconstructed image clarity of the proposed algorithm is improved obviously,and the image clarity is higher,and the robustness of the algorithm is better than that of the laser medical image.
