摘要
目的:研究膦甲酸钠联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:选取2013年10月至2014年10月期间新桥医院疼痛科住院部收治的带状疱疹患者120例,随机分成对照组、观察组各60例。对照组患者只使用膦甲酸钠注射液静滴治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用半导体激光治疗。在治疗前、治疗后第8天、第15天、第30天,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:对照组治疗总有效率73.3%,观察组总有效率为93.3%,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);其它指标组间差异同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膦甲酸钠联合半导体激光治疗带状疱疹优于单用膦甲酸钠治疗,具有疗效肯定、安全性良好的特点,值得推广使用。
Objective： To observe the clinical effect of foscarnet sodium injection combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods： October October 2013 to 2014,120 patients accepted by the treatment of herpes zoster patients were selected and randomly divided into control group and the observation group,60 cases in each group. The control group only used foscarnet sodium injection treatment,observation group were treated with semiconductor laser treatment. Before treatment,eighth days,fifteenth days and thirtieth days after treatment,the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results： The total treatment efficiency of control group was 73. 3%,as the observation group was 93. 3%,the difference between the two groups has statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）; other indicator between different groups was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Foscarnet sodium combined with semiconductor laser for the treatment of herpes zoster,has better efficacy and efficiency,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
