摘要
现阶段准幼儿园教师在制定活动目标时存在着设计缺乏层次性;目标抽象、不具有可操作性;表述不统一、不注重细节等一系列主要问题,使得教学活动效率大打折扣。本文将结合具体的实例加以分析、找出其问题原因,并提出找准依据,考虑目标的针对性,注意表述的细节等有效的对策帮助教师更好、更合理的制定目标,使教学活动更加有针对性和实效性。
At present, there are many problems in the goal-setting of prospective kindergarten such as lack of design levels, abstract goals, infeasibility, non-unified expression and paying no attention to detail, and make the teaching activities inefficient. This paper analyzes some examples and find out the cause, puts forward some countermeasures such as grasping foundation, considering target and paying attention to the detail of expression, so as to help teachers to better set goals and make the teaching activities more effective and pertinency.
