碳酸钙、甲酸钙、乳酸钙、柠檬酸钙与酸化剂组合对饲料pH和系酸力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为研究不同钙源与酸化剂组合对饲料p H和系酸力的影响,在相同基础日粮的条件下,依据不同钙源含钙量计算出各自的添加量使之达到同一钙营养指标,试验分为5个处理组:处理组1,基础日粮+碳酸钙0.52%+0.3%酸化剂;处理组2,基础日粮+碳酸钙0.52%+0.6%酸化剂;处理组3,基础日粮+甲酸钙0.70%+0.3%酸化剂;处理组4,基础日粮+乳酸钙1.60%+0.3%酸化剂;处理组5,基础日粮+柠檬酸钙1.00%+0.3%酸化剂。试验结果表明,在相同含量酸化剂条件下,碳酸钙做钙源时饲料的p H和系酸力最高;甲酸钙、乳酸钙、柠檬酸钙作为钙源均能降低饲料的p H和系酸力,且三者的差异不大;用碳酸钙做钙源时加大酸化剂的用量才能达到甲酸钙、乳酸钙、柠檬酸接近的p H和系酸力,原因是有水做介质的环境下碳酸钙和有机酸反应,中和掉部分酸化剂所致。 In order to study the effects of different calcium sources and acidifier combination on p H and acidbinding capacity of the feed, under the condition of same basal diet, achieved the same calcium nutrition index by calculating their own added amount on the basis of the calcium content of different calcium source. The 5 treatment groups were: group 1 with basal diet+calcium carbonate 0.52%+0.3% acidifier; group 2 with basal diet+calcium carbonate 0.52%+0.6% acidifier; group3 with basal diet+calcium formate 0.70%+0.3% acidifier; group 4 with basal diet+calcium lactate 1.60%+0.3% acidifier; group 5 with basal diet+calcium citrate 1.00%+0.3% acidifier. The results showed that under the condition of same concentration acidifier, p H and acid-binding capacity could reach the highest value when the calcium carbonate as the source of calcium. Calcium formate, calcium lactate, calcium citrate as the source of calcium could significantly reduce p H and acid-binding capacity, and the difference among them is not much. When we used calcium carbonate as calcium source, increasing the dosage of the acidifier could reach the similar p H and the acid-binding capacity with calcium formate, calcium lactate, and citric acid. The reason was that reaction of calcium carbonate and organic acids in the environment with water as medium, which neu-tralized partially acidulated agents.
