活性炭滤柱去除有机污染物的性能研究

摘要 通过吸附试验考察了2种原材料相同、制造方式不同的破碎炭对有机物的去除性能。静态吸附试验结果表明,碘吸附值、亚甲基蓝吸附值与活性炭对有机物的吸附量存在一定的正相关性。通过动态吸附试验考察了2种活性炭滤柱对有机污染物的去除效果,压块破碎炭滤柱对CODMn、TOC、UV254和消毒副产物的平均去除率分别为56.4%,61.5%,72.8%和56.4%,均比原煤破碎炭滤柱高出12%以上。采用碘吸附值和亚甲基蓝吸附值评价活性炭对有机物的去除能力具有一定的可行性。 Organic matter in finished water removal performance was investigated by two kinds of broken charcoal which were with the same raw material but different manufacturing methods. The static adsorption experiment results showed that the iodine adsorption value and methylene blue adsorption value had certain positive correlation with activated carbon adsorption of organic matter. The removal efficiencies of the two activated carbon filters on organic pollutants were investigated by dynamic adsorption test. The average removal rates of briquetting broken charcoal on CODMn,TOC,UV254 and disinfection by-products were 56. 4%, 61. 5%, 72. 8% and 56. 4%, respectively, which was correspondingly 12% higher than that of raw coal broken charcoal. Iodine adsorption value and methylene blue adsorption value were two certain feasible surrogates to evaluate activated carbon adsorption ability on the removal of organic matters.
