In April, Spring has set in across the most parts of the country, rejuvenating the Mother Nature with vitality and vigor in the wild life after a long winter gloom. Unlike the natural rehabilitations, the textile economy seems slow to come back to life synchronically with the Spring revival. In fact, some sectors are still struggling to keep warm against the cold in business temperature that poses a great challenge to their ability of adapting themselves to the new policy climate. And the textile dyeing ＆ printing sector is just one of the industrial sectors experiencing the hard time for resuscitating themselves from dormant business winter.
