摘要 目的调查分析患者对预约诊疗服务的了解情况,强化患者使用预约诊疗服务,合理安排就诊。方法调查我院2014年和2015年门诊患者使用预约诊疗服务的情况,选取480例患者对预约诊疗服务的影响因素进行调查分析,总结门诊预约诊疗服务的影响因素与对策。结果2015年门诊患者使用预约诊疗服务比率高于2014年(P<0.05)。结论根据调查结果,优化预约诊疗服务程序,有效减少患者就诊时间,合理利用医疗资源,提升医疗质量与工作效率。 Objective To investigate the situation of patients use the clinical reservation services,strengthen patients with an appointment and treatment services,reasonable arrangements for treatment. Methods Investigate the situation of outpatient use the clinical reservation services in our hospital in 2014 and 2015,influencing factors of the clinical reservation services of 480 patients were investigated and analyzed,influencing factors and countermeasures of clinical reservation services were summarized. Results The rate of patients use clinical reservation services in 2015 was higher than in 2014(P〈0.05). Conclusion According to the survey results,optimize the clinical reservation services program,effectively reduce the patient visit time,rational use of medical resources,improve the quality of medical care and work efficiency.
