摘要
腹膜透析是终末期肾衰竭(ESRD)有效的治疗方法之一,由于其具有对残余肾功能的保护作用以及操作简便等优点,被越来越多的ESRD患者所接受。然而,腹膜透析感染相关的并发症主要与操作不当、卫生依从性差和机体免疫力下降等因素有关。本文从腹膜透析的社区卫生管理角度出发,分析其存在的问题和面临的挑战,给出相关的建议和几点思考。
Peritoneal dialysis is one of effective treatment for end-stage renal failure（ESRD）,which has many advantages such as residual renal function protection,easy operation and so on. So this kind of treatment is accepted by increasing patients of ESRD. However,infection-related complications in peritoneal dialysis are mainly due to improper operation,poor hygiene compliance,decreased immunity and so on. We investigate the question from the view of community health management status,and analyze the existing problems and challenges. At last,we give some relevant suggestions and ideas for community health management of peritoneal dialysis.
