摘要
目的探讨种植覆盖附着体义齿的制作、戴后复诊及维护。方法收集2013年3月-2015年3月行种植覆盖附着体义齿修复20例临床资料进行分析。结果覆盖义齿固位效果良好,患者清洁基台和义齿方便,疗效满意。结论种植覆盖义齿具有相对较好的力学特性及固位效果。
Objective To investigate the plant cover attachment denture production,wear and maintenance after the referral. Methods The clinical data of 20 patients with implant supported partial denture repaired from March 2013 to March 2015 were collected and analyzed. Results The retention effect of the covering denture was good,and the patient was satisfied with the cleaning abutment and denture. Conclusion The implant supported denture has better mechanical properties and retention effect.
