摘要
目的分析冠心病合并糖尿病患者综合治疗方案的效果。方法给予对照组常规西药治疗方案,并在此基础上,给予观察组施行包括添加了中药汤剂和优质护理的综合治疗方案,对比观察两组治疗有效率,以对比说明综合治疗方案的效果。结果观察组患者的治疗有效率为90%,优于对比组的72%,差异具有统计学意义。结论综合治疗方案有利于冠心病合并糖尿病患者的康复。
Objective To analyze the effect of combined therapy in patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes programs. Methods The control group given conventional western medicine treatment programs,and on this basis,given the implementation of the observation group,including adding a comprehensive treatment program decoction and quality care,treatment efficiency were observed contrast to comparative illustration of the effect of comprehensive treatment programs. Results The effective treatment of patients was 90%,significantly better than the 72% of the control group,a significant difference. Conclusion The comprehensive treatment program in favor of the rehabilitation of patients with coronary heart disease and diabetes,to be worthy of clinical application.
