摘要
直肠癌,尤其是低位直肠癌,患者的保肛要求与完整切除肿瘤的矛盾就成为术后吻合口漏发生的必然导火索。那么,如何最大限度降低吻合口漏的发生呢?笔者结合本科室临床资料与相关文献分析了一些细节因素,来尝试缓解这一矛盾的发生。
For rectal cancer,especially low rectal cancer,the contradiction between the anus preserving requirement and the complete resection of tumor is the inevitable fuse. So,how to minimize the occurrence of anastomotic leakage？ In this paper,the author combines the clinical data of the undergraduate＇s office and the relevant literature to analyze some of the details,to try to alleviate this contradiction.
