100例牙周牙髓联合病变临床观察

Clinical Observation of 100 Cases With Periodontal Pulp Joint Disease

目的观察牙周牙髓联合病变临床特点,找到合适的治疗方法。方法分析100例120颗牙周牙髓联合病变患者的病情,按照患者的病情治疗,追踪1年,观察病变情况。结果经治疗50例有显著效果,30例有好转迹象,20例没有效果,有效率为84%。结论依据不同类型病变采取不同方法治疗牙周牙髓联合病变。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of periodontal endodontic lesions,finding the right treatment. Methods 100 cases of 120 patients with lesions of endodontic teeth weeks of illness,according to the condition of patients,1-year track observed lesions. Results After treatment of 50 patients had a significant effect,there are signs of improvement in 30 cases,20 cases ineffective,the effective rate was 84%. Conclusion Take a different method for the treatment of periodontal disease based on different types of endodontic lesions.
