地塞米松局部注射治疗亚急性甲状腺炎的临床探析

Clinical Study on Local Injection of Dexamethasone in Treatment of Subacute Thyroiditis

目的探究亚急性甲状腺炎患者采用地塞米松局部注射的治疗效果。方法选取2014年8月-2015年10月收治的61例亚急性甲状腺炎患者进行治疗,随机分组,实验组34例患者选择地塞米松的局部注射治疗,对照组27例患者接受泼尼松的口服治疗,对比两组患者身体症状的改善情况。结果在肿大消失、疼痛消失以及毒症消失的时间上,实验组患者比对照组更短,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论亚急性甲状腺炎患者采用地塞米松局部注射治疗,可在短时间内缓解患者的身体症状,不良反应少,复发率低,安全性高,提高治疗效果以及患者的生活质量。

Objective Local injection of dexamethasone effect in treatment of subacute thyroiditis is to be analyzed. Methods Chose 61 patients of subacute thyroiditis who were treated in hospital from August 2014 to October 2015 and separated them into control group and study group randomly,34 patients in study group were given local injection of dexamethasone treatment,while 27 patients in control group were given prednisone oral-liquid treatment,and then compared patients＇ physical improvements between two groups. Results Patients＇ swelling alleviation time,pain and poisoning disappearance time in study group were shorter than those in control group,there was a difference between groups and such a differential had statistic vale（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Local injection of dexamethasone is effective in treatment of subacute thyroiditis,it is conducive to relieving patients＇ physical symptoms,such a treatment has few side effects,low illness reoccurrence and high medication safety and it is significant to increase treatment efficacy and improve patients＇ quality of life.
