奥扎格雷钠联合巴曲酶治疗进展性脑梗死的临床疗效

Efficacy of Ozagrel Sodium Combined With Batroxobin for Treating Progressive Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨奥扎格雷钠联合巴曲酶治疗进展性脑梗死的效果。方法随机将86例进展性脑梗死患者平均分为两组。对照组行奥扎格雷钠治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予巴曲酶治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率、神经功能缺损评分等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论奥扎格雷钠联合巴曲酶治疗进展性脑梗死效果理想。

Objective To study efficacy of ozagrel sodium combined batroxobin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction. Methods We divided 86 patients into two groups,control group used ozagrel sodium,and observation group used batroxobin on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate,nerve function defect score situations of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of ozagrel sodium combined batroxobin in the treatment of progressive cerebral infarction is ideal.
