比索洛尔在急性心绞痛治疗中的应用体会

Application Experience of Bisoprolol in Treatment of Acute Angina

目的对比索洛尔应用于急性心绞痛治疗中的效果进行分析研究,并总结治疗体会。方法选取于2013年10月-2015年12月在本院接受治疗的急性心绞痛患者87例,并随机分为对照组（43例）和治疗组（44例）,观察常规药物和加用比索洛尔治疗的效果并比较。结果治疗组患者的显效率高于对照组[70.5%vs.39.5%],治疗总有效率高于对照组[93.2%vs.76.7%];同时治疗组患者的心绞痛发作次数少于对照组,持续时间短于对照组,组间差异经t检验,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论比索洛尔应用于急性心绞痛治疗中的效果确切,能够减少心绞痛发作次数和缩短持续时间,对患者生存质量的改善有作用。

Objective To analyze bisoprolol effect in treatment of acute angina,and summarize its treatment experience. Methods Chose 87 patients of acute angina who were treated in hospital from October 2013 to December 2015,and separated them into control group（43 cases）and study group（44 cases）randomly,and then observed and compared conventional medication effect to bisoprolol treatment effect. Results The patients＇ explicit efficiency in study group was significantly higher than that in control group [70.5% vs. 39.5%],and the treatment efficacy in study group was also higher than that in control group [93.2% vs. 76.7%],while,patients＇ angina attack times in study group were less than counterparts in control group,and angina duration was rather shorter than that in control group,there was a difference between groups according to T-Check,and such a differential had statistic vale（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bisoprolol application is effective in treatment of acute angina,it is conducive to reducing angina attack times and shortening its duration,which is significant to improve the quality of patients＇ life.
