法舒地尔治疗高龄舒张性左心衰竭相关性肺动脉高压的效果观察

Effect of Fasudil in Treatment of Elderly Diastolic Left Ventricular Failure Associated Pulmonary Hypertension

目的探讨法舒地尔治疗高龄舒张性左心衰竭相关性肺动脉高压的临床效果。方法将65例高龄舒张性左心衰竭相关性肺动脉高压患者随机分组,观察组(n=33)在常规治疗基础上静滴法舒地尔,对照组(n=32)行常规药物治疗,对比2组临床疗效。结果观察组治疗后的SPAP、Pa O2以及6 min步行距离均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论法舒地尔治疗高龄舒张性左心衰竭相关性肺动脉高压的临床效果确切。

Objective To investigate the clinical results of fasudil treatment of elderly diastolic left ventricular failure associated pulmonary hypertension. Methods65 patients aged diastolic left ventricular failure associated pulmonary hypertension patients randomized to observation group（n=33）intravenous infusion of fasudil on the basis of conventional therapy,the control group（n=32）underwent conventional therapy,clinical comparative study of the two groups. Results SPAP observation group after treatment,Pa O2 and 6min walk distance than the control group（P〈0.05）. ConclusionFasudil treatment of elderly diastolic left ventricular failure associated pulmonary hypertension clinical exact effect.
