摘要
目的探讨急性百草枯中毒患者的救治原则。方法对百草枯的毒性作用进行剖析,总结急性百草枯中毒患者的临床救治措施。结果百草枯对机体肺脏、肾脏及神经系统均有较强的毒性作用,临床死亡率较高。结论尽早阻断百草枯与机体的接触,早期进行血液灌流等治疗手段排出毒物,降低肺脏纤维化程度是急性百草枯中毒的救治原则。
Objective Discussion on the treatment principle of acute paraquat poisoning. Methods The toxic effect of paraquat was analyzed,and the clinical treatment measures of patients with acute paraquat poisoning were summarized. Results Paraquat had a strong toxic effect on the lung,kidney and nervous system of the body. Conclusion Early in the treatment of paraquat and the body＇s contact,early blood perfusion and other therapeutic means to discharge poison,reduce the degree of pulmonary fibrosis is the principle of treatment of acute paraquat poisoning.
