牛黄解毒片中砷含量及其安全性研究分析

Analysis of the Safety of Arsenic Content in Niuhuang Jiedu Tablets

目的探究牛黄解毒片砷含量以及安全性的影响因素。方法汇总我院患者服用牛黄解毒片后出现不良反应的一般资料和相关表现,探究其原因。结果基于不良反应基础上,分析得知,处方中雄黄里的砷是导致不良反应的关键因素,对安全性具有一定影响。结论牛黄解毒片中的砷含量对患者具有不良影响,在服用过程中,必须坚持适量的原则,不得过多服用,乳妇禁止服用,避免因使用不合理威胁人体健康。

Objective To explore the influence of arsenic content and niuhuang jiedu tablets safety factor. Methods We summarized our hospital patients taking niuhuang jiedu tablets appeared adverse reaction of general information and explored the reasons. Results Based on adverse reactions on the basis of analysis that realgar arsenic in the prescription is the key factor leading to adverse reactions and has a certain influence on the safety. Conclusion The arsenic content in niuhuang jiedu tablets on patients has adverse effects,in taking process,we must adhere to the principle of proper amount,not too much to take,milk woman it is prohibited to take to avoid due to the use of unreasonable threat to human health.
